Pls help, Last week I've downlaoded the software, now Pls kindly help me to activate the software, I've send you email to confirm the hw id, but havn't receive any echo since last week, did u receive my mail? I cann wait to have a try

Hi,
My colleague Mariana has sent you an email asking you to re-check the COM port and if everything is OK prior activation and also asked you to confirm the ID. It was sent on AUG 23.
I guess you didn't receive it or is in the junks.
Please do it, and email us again the ID or PM it to me.
