Hi Victor,
would it b e a good idea to have a section on the forum just for images for different chip location images? i just thought it would be convenient to go to that section and find the image instead of pm'ing or emailing you.
thanks. |

thanks victor.
we're all inflicted with the same laziness think. you've done great so far. i just think, it may take some load off your shoulders so that you don't have to answer all these p.m.'s and emails regarding chip and/or contact locations for ibm.
thanks again. |

Hello everyone
Like a number of people on this site I came into possession of a IBM Thinkpad T21 laptop computer that has a password on the very front when booting up.
I am trying to build the simple-i2cprog connector to run the programs. My problem is that the schematic diagram of a simple interface looks like chicken scratch to me. Does anyone have good photos of the device.
I have no problems with how to use the programs or how to connect the leads, just how it's supposed to look. Any help would be greatly appriciated on all levels.

This one is quoted from the "Tutorial" follow-ups..anyway, there's a lot of pictures in the forum, this is just the first I found.
P.S. is that Gene Simmons from KISS?

Hello Victor and Bob and Tesla
Just wanted to write and say that AllService is the best.
I used the picture that you posted for me (Thanks Tesla) and was able to construct the device with no problem. The hardest part was getting the needles to hold on the 24RF08 chip. But after many tries it worked.
I have some pictures for the forum, but I can't attach them. Where should I send them. Once again I must say THANK YOU Allservice for your knowledge.
PS - Yes that is Gene Simmons from KISS. KISS ARMY Rules |

You may post them on imageshack, or services like this, then you may link them here in your post.
