Hello,
I have user password and SPV password on my r61, I can only see the bios setting, but cant change anything.
Please tell me can I reset SPV password from windows? (like debug or something else)?
Or I need use R24RF08. if security chip is on I also need to use W24RF08?

No, you have to read it apart.
