Hello Victor!! Excuse me, can I use simple-i2cprog with W24RF08 2.1a?? And more important W24RF08 2.1a (W24RF08 eeprom writer) Works with Windows Vista??

Yes, you can use the simple circuit and it works with Vista x86 (32 bit).
