Hi all ! I read all guide about read eeprom,but i have a little problem with error messages after i try to read eeprom with CMD commands
1 one time i get :
Initializing timer...53688 OK!
ERROR: Circuit not found or bus error!

----------------------------------------------------------------
Hit <Enter> to exit...
2. i get this
Initializing timer...52023 OK!
ERROR: Eeprom not available!
i connet wire it the same order like 1 and i get this .... any help ? ty for ur time !

oh, ok i am with win 10 pro i have usb to rs232 (model:u232-p9) after this i connet cable to female 9pin and after this i solder the componets 2x2200 ohm and 2x zener diods after this i solver 3 cable to the eepro chip ground sda and scl then i open the cmd comander on my pc and type commad to save the dump next i turn on laptop pres f1 to enter in bios mode wait and when show lock icon i start to connet solver first ground then sda then scl after this i press enter and this messages show ups and i save dump but with 0kb

These USB adapters won't work unless they are $50 ++
Even then, I would not recommend them. So here is one issue.
